Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: 11/08/2026
1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the acceptable and unacceptable uses of the internet and telecommunication services provided by BugFree Fiber Plans. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP.
2. Illegal Activities
You may not use our services to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to transmitting or storing material that violates federal, state, or local laws in the United States.
3. Network Security
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the BugFree network. This includes accessing data not intended for the user, probing network vulnerabilities, or interfering with service to any user, host, or network (e.g., via DDoS attacks).
4. Spam and Email Abuse
Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) is strictly prohibited. Users must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and other applicable regulations regarding electronic communications.
5. Bandwidth Usage
While our plans do not have data caps, our residential services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Users engaging in activities that disproportionately consume network resources and negatively impact other users may be asked to upgrade to a commercial plan.
6. Enforcement
BugFree Fiber Plans reserves the right to investigate violations of this AUP. We may suspend or terminate service, or remove content, if we determine that a violation has occurred.
